The OfficePod can be used as a work/office yoga/fitness studio or as an extra bedroom. The compact sizes, 3 meters wide and 4.2 or 4.8 meters long, the OfficePod fits virtually any backyard.

Different roof shapes can be supplied. A flat roof and pitched roof are standard. The OfficePod is particularly well insulated and can be heated and cooled with a small air conditioner. Infrared ceiling heating is also optional.

The OfficePod is, through the NedPenel construction system easy to extend, raise or widen. Should the location where the unit is placed allow it.

The OfficePod can be finished with virtually any facade finish so it can be personalized to the home.
