Modulo

The Modulo is a basic unit, 9.60 meters long and 6 meters wide .The Modulo features one spacious bedroom and a comfortable bathroom that has direct access from the bedroom. A separate guest toilet provides additional privacy.

The spacious L-shaped kitchen includes all the appliances you would expect in a modern home. The Comfort Insulation Package is standard on the Modulo line. This offers an RC value that is barely achieved in permanent housing. This dramatically reduces heating or cooling energy consumption. The optional solar panel package with home battery makes the Modulo one of the most future-proof vacation homes on the market.

The Modulo plus is ideally suited as a recreational home or compact senior home. The house meets the building code for permanent residence.
