LodgyOne

The LodgyOne is specially designed as a compact home for one or two person households. All the comfort you would expect in a regular home on a small footprint. Its compact dimensions make it easy to place the LodgyOne in a backyard or in a desired location with limited space.

Due to the standard construction width of 4.2 meters and the large window area in the living room/kitchen, the home feels spacious. Like all our homes, the LodgyOne is a particularly well-insulated modern home that can be supplied in many colors and facade materials. This allows the home to be finished appropriately in any location.

Should more space be desired in the home, the LodgyOne can also be built in 4.8-meter width. Of course, the length can also be extended relatively easily with the NedPanel construction system.

Optionally, a solar roof can be installed possibly with a house battery to reduce high costs of ever-rising energy prices to the maximum.
