TinyTower

Our TinyTower is a super-compact (less than 30 m²) modular unit where a modern energy-efficient home is created for starters on a minimal footprint. The home is completely built in 3 modules in the factory and stacked on site.

The first floor is intended as living room/office, the second floor kitchen/dining room and the second floor the bedroom with bathroom. Both the roof and the south side of the house can be completely covered with solar panels. In the technical room of the house there is room for a house battery that can supply solar power to the house at night. This keeps energy costs to a minimum and allows for self-generation of energy for most of the year.

The TinyTower comes standard with triple-paned windows that not only benefit energy consumption but also minimize ambient noise. The TinyTower can be finished with almost all facade finishes and can therefore be optimally adapted to the environment where it is to be placed.
