The extended version of our Duo model is specially sized to stay just under the maximum area rule of 70 m², which is used on many recreational parks. The extended version of the Duo is specially designed to provide maximum space on relatively narrow lots. The 6-meter-wide unit provides comfortable living space for up to 6 people.

The large windows in the living room/kitchen make the Duo the best option for locations with great views. If the location allows for larger building areas, the living room/kitchen can easily be extended with segments of 1.2 meters. The unit includes 3 compact bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom.

The optional signature porch for our homes creates a cozy sitting area on the patio and finishes it off in the BetaalbaarWonen design style.
